2. Project Execution & Timeline
We strive to deliver projects within agreed-upon timelines. However, estimates are subject to change based on the scope adjustments, feedback iteration constraints, or third-party API availability. Any major scope changes will involve revised estimates.
3. Intellectual Property
Upon final payment, all intellectual property rights associated with the custom code and designs produced specifically for your project will be transferred to you. Pre-existing materials, libraries, or open-source elements will remain under their respective licenses.
4. Liability & Limitations
WaveQ shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of our software products or digital deliverables.
5. Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
